What you are using

The app prepares client-side transactions for creating an SPL token, pinning metadata you supply, and calling Raydium for liquidity. It does not take custody of wallets, tokens, or LP positions. You approve every transaction in your wallet, and you can reject it.

Fees

The create form charges a base platform fee of 0.1 SOL plus 0.05 SOL for each revoke-authority toggle that is enabled, unless the operator configured different amounts. With the three toggles on, the default total is 0.25 SOL. Copying a trending coin charges a flat 0.5 SOL, shown on the Copy button, and that price includes all three locks. Each fee is a single SOL payment to the configured fee wallet. Promotion plans are separate prices, also one transfer each. An optional contact handle may be stored with a promotion order. Add-liquidity and remove-liquidity actions include their own configurable fee, 0.1 SOL by default. Network fees, account rent, and Raydium protocol fees are separate. A confirmed fee is not refunded by this software.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the name, symbol, image, and claims you publish. Do not impersonate another project, offer an unregistered security, or use the app to deceive buyers. Memecoins can lose all value. MintBox does not list, promote, or vouch for coins created with it.

No warranty

The software is provided as-is. Transactions can fail, RPCs can lag, IPFS gateways can be slow, and Raydium or pump.fun interfaces can change. Test on devnet before you spend mainnet SOL.
